Part Time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

General Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for evaluation, creation, and implementation of therapy plans, accurate and reliable data collection, consultation, and training with family and staff. SLPs will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and maintain therapy plans that address all speech and language and/or feeding needs of the clients. Oversight for speech and language direct services will be provided by the Director-Speech.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) operates in a professional and clinical environment and will also be responsible for collecting data on target behaviors during sessions. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, have the ability to read, analyze and responds to inquires or complaints from clients and effectively presents information to top management.

This is part-time position consisting of no more than 15 hours per week. The hours of work and days vary based on the needs of clients/business.
